TikTok Shop recently launched the TikTok Shop Business School, a transformative one-day program designed to equip Filipino entrepreneurs with the essential skills to thrive in the digital realm.

The inaugural session of the TikTok Shop Business School brought together 50 entrepreneurs from TikTok Shop for a full-day program packed with insightful master classes.
The curriculum included sessions on Corporate Strategy and Business Model led by Kim Lato, Founder and CEO of Kim’s Store; Financial Management guided by Mico Panis, Head of Marketplace Deliveries at Grab; Talent and Human Resources overseen by Rase Eustaquio, Head of People at 917 Ventures; Brand Identity and Marketing conducted by Jay Bernardo, President of Bayan Family Foundations; and Supply Chain Oversight managed by Edison Villeno, Marketing Manager for J&T.
Toff Rada, Public Policy Head at TikTok Philippines, emphasized the pivotal role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippine economy. Through TikTok Shop Business School, the platform aims to provide a holistic e-commerce experience that entertains, educates, and engages buyers simultaneously, paving the way for local entrepreneurs to expand and elevate their businesses.
Jay Bernardo, President of Bayan Family of Foundations, expressed enthusiasm for partnering with TikTok Shop to accelerate the growth of local entrepreneurs in the digital sphere.
