Verkada Strengthens Its Footprint in Asia-Pacific with New Leadership

Verkada, a frontrunner in cloud-based physical security, has appointed Jonathon Dixon as Vice President and Managing Director for Japan and Asia-Pacific (JAPAC).

Dixon will oversee operations across Verkada’s offices in Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore from the company’s JAPAC headquarters in Singapore.

In just one year, Verkada has witnessed a remarkable 72% growth in its customer base, signaling robust demand in the JAPAC market.

Eric Salava, Chief Revenue Officer at Verkada, expressed confidence that Dixon’s extensive leadership experience will unlock further opportunities for the company.

Dixon brings over two decades of experience scaling multinational organizations in the region, previously serving as Vice President at Cloudflare.

His impressive resume also includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led a multi-billion dollar enterprise segment.
