Berde Renewables, a leading Philippine clean energy company and portfolio company of global infrastructure investment firm I Squared Capital, is rapidly emerging as one of Southeast Asia’s foremost drivers of renewable energy.

Backed by iSquared’s $50 billion in assets under management, Berde has expanded its operational and development footprint across the region. In the Philippines, the company has secured 47 MW of awarded projects, with 31 MW currently under construction and a 210 MW active pipeline. In Thailand, Berde has entered into a landmark joint venture with Power Systems and Solutions Co. Ltd. to co-develop 300 MW of projects over the next three years.

Its regional impact and execution capabilities were recently recognized at the Solar Quarter Week PH 2025 Leadership Awards. Berde earned multiple recognitions, including Solar Company of the Year: Developer, affirming its leadership in clean energy development across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Vivien Lin, Chief Product Officer at @BingXOfficial, explains that this transition is driven by regulatory clarity, growing institutional participation, and the adoption of blockchain infrastructure by financial institutions.https://t.co/9g5IW9X1VA
