FedEx Philippines has earned a place among HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the fourth consecutive year.
In addition to the flagship distinction, the logistics company clinched three special category accolades: the People Transformation Award, the Sustainable Workplace Award, and the Tech Empowerment Award.
The annual awards program is organized by HR Asia, a regional publication for human resource leaders. Organizations undergo evaluation through the proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), an assessment tool that benchmarks employee engagement levels, workplace culture, and overarching HR operations across Asia Pacific.
The Best Companies to Work for in Asia award targets organizations exhibiting exceptional cultural standards and team engagement. The three supplementary category awards highlight specific operational achievements:
- People Transformation Award: Recognizes businesses that actively adapt their HR practices to align with evolving workforce requirements.
- Sustainable Workplace Award: Highlights companies embedding eco-conscious practices and sustainability into the daily employee experience.
- Tech Empowerment Award: Honors organizations leveraging digital innovation to elevate workplace practices and empower staff.
“We are honored to receive these recognitions, which are a reflection of our people’s commitment to the Purple Promise of making every FedEx experience outstanding,” said Garrick Thompson, managing director, FedEx Philippines. “The Purple Promise is not just a commitment we make to our customers, but to our team members as well. We are intentionally building a workplace where our talent doesn’t just adapt to change, they lead it. Whether through cutting-edge digital tools, continuous upskilling, or meaningful sustainability initiatives, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where every employee can innovate and thrive.”
The quartet of HR Asia titles adds to a broader run of industry recognition for the company in 2026. FedEx Philippines recently received certification as a Great Place to Work and collected three distinctions at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards, recognizing its programs in cross-generational workforce engagement, performance management evolution, and talent retention strategy.
