Sophie Rain, 20, is an OnlyFans creator who openly embraces her faith while building a lucrative career online.
Rain grew up attending church every Sunday and says her Christian beliefs remain central to her life.
She told People, “The Lord’s very forgiving, and he put me on here. He put me on Earth for a reason and I’m just living every day.”
Rain launched her OnlyFans account in May 2023 while working a minimum-wage restaurant job.
She followed her sister’s success on the platform and quickly gained traction, even after her boss discovered her page and fired her.
Rain now reports earning $43 million annually, a figure boosted significantly by tips from fans.
One fan, identified as Charles, reportedly sent her nearly $5 million between November 2023 and November 2024.
Her family, including her sister and cousins who are also on OnlyFans, has been supportive of her career.
“I didn’t tell them when I started it. At first, I kind of kept it a secret, and then they found out and they were upset,” Rain said.
She explained that after revealing her work, her family accepted it unconditionally. “I’m their child and they love me,” she added.
Rain has faced criticism online but says she is unfazed by negative comments or labels.
“You can call me whatever you want. I will be laughing my way to the bank,” she wrote on X.
She sees online hate as motivation to continue growing her platform and pursuing her career on her own terms.
“All the people online that hate me — and they post the mean comments and everything — that’s what motivates me to just keep growing and to keep booming and keep doing my own thing,” Rain said.
