Fisher Mall Malabon: A Thriving Hub of Commerce and Community – TBC News

Fisher Mall Malabon has evolved from a shopping center into a vital community and economic hub, strengthening Malabon’s rich fishing heritage while embracing modern retail and entertainment.
Founded by Roberto “Bobby” Del Rosario, Fisher Mall is rooted in the success of Irma Fishing and Trading Inc., one of the country’s leading seafood suppliers. The mall’s expansion to Malabon served as a homecoming for the Del Rosario family, strategically positioned at the intersection of Malabon, Navotas, and Caloocan.
Since its opening, Fisher Mall Malabon has generated over 7,000 jobs and continues to boost the local economy. In 2024, it reached 91% operational capacity, with projections to hit 96% in 2025 as new stores open. February 2025 also saw a 6% increase in foot traffic, further cementing its status as a key commercial center.
Beyond retail, the mall features unique attractions such as the city’s first Roller Disco Skating Rink and Playland, an indoor amusement center offering arcade games and rides. These recreational spaces provide entertainment for all ages while fostering a lively community atmosphere.
Fisher Mall Malabon actively supports local businesses through leasing opportunities, pop-up markets, and promotional events. Additionally, it collaborates with the Malabon local government for initiatives like “Malabon Ahon,” which provides social and financial aid to residents.
With a commitment to progress, Fisher Mall Malabon continues to serve as a bridge between commerce and community, ensuring its role as a dynamic center for economic growth and cultural engagement in the years ahead.
