IndianOil Breaks All-Time Sales Record with Over 100 MMT Milestone

Indian Oil Corporation crossed 100 million metric tonnes (MMT) in total sales volume, including exports, for the first time in fiscal year 2023-24.

The company recorded 97.551 MMT of domestic sales and over 2.7 MMT in exports, pushing its total volume beyond the historic threshold.

In the fourth quarter alone, IndianOil sold 25.279 MMT of products, contributing significantly to the annual surge.

Robust demand, improved marketing margins, and streamlined operations fueled the record-breaking performance.

IndianOil’s refining throughput reached 73.308 MMT, while its pipeline network handled 98.626 MMT during the fiscal year.

The company reported a gross refining margin of $12.05 per barrel, reflecting strong operational efficiency.

This landmark achievement highlights IndianOil’s dominance in India’s energy sector and its expanding global footprint.
