Acer’s New Swift X Laptops Promise to Make You an AI-Powered Picasso—If You Can Afford It

Acer has launched the Swift X 14 AI and Swift X 14 laptops, cramming outrageous creative power into a sleek chassis built for professionals and content creators.

Both models feature NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPUs with Blackwell architecture, Calman-verified 3K OLED displays, and up to 32 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 2 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

The Swift X 14 AI runs on AMD’s new Ryzen AI 300 Series chips and supports Microsoft’s Copilot+ features like Recall and Cocreator, while the Swift X 14 uses Intel’s Core Ultra 9 processors.

These laptops are NVIDIA Studio-validated and leverage DLSS 4 and NVIDIA NIM microservices for high-performance AI tasks, 3D rendering, video editing, and more.

Design highlights include stylus support, haptic touchpads, edge-to-edge OLED glass, and an eco-friendly chassis made with post-consumer recycled plastic.

Thermal management is handled by dual fans, copper heat pipes, and air inlet keyboards, keeping these creator beasts cool under pressure.

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, multiple ports, and a 1080p IR webcam with Windows Hello and Acer’s User Sensing for security and convenience.
