First TCCF-Certified Data Center in the Philippines

ZTE Corporation proudly announces that the Caloocan flagship data center, developed for Converge ICT Solutions Inc., has officially received the Tier Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) from the Uptime Institute—making it the first data center in the Philippines to earn this prestigious certification.
This groundbreaking achievement underscores Converge’s leadership in digital innovation and ZTE’s world-class engineering capabilities in delivering mission-critical infrastructure.
The TCCF certification is one of the most rigorous global standards in the data center industry, validating the facility’s design, power and cooling architecture, redundancy, and construction integrity to ensure maximum availability, resilience, and operational excellence.
“ZTE is honored to partner with Converge in building the country’s first TCCF-certified data center,” said Mr. Jin Zhichao CTO of ZTE Philippines.
“This milestone affirms our shared commitment to delivering reliable, future-ready digital infrastructure across the Philippines.”
As the project’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor, ZTE provided an end-to-end solution—from design and equipment integration to construction, commissioning, and post-handover support. The facility adheres to Tier III+ standards, featuring N+1 redundancy, 24/7 uptime capability, and an intelligent management system ready to support cloud, big data, and AI-driven applications.
Strategically located in northern Metro Manila, the Caloocan data center plays a pivotal role in Converge’s network expansion, enabling secure, high-performance services for both enterprise and residential customers nationwide.
Looking ahead, ZTE will continue investing in sustainable and efficient digital infrastructure, deepening collaborations across Southeast Asia to accelerate the region’s digital transformation.
