FedEx Philippines has emerged as one of the biggest winners at the 2025 HR Excellence Awards, securing two Gold awards and a Silver in recognition of its groundbreaking people-first strategies.

The company won Gold in Cross-Generational Workforce Management and Leadership Development, plus Silver for Best HR Team (Multinational Company)—outshining 71 competing organizations. The wins underscore FedEx’s ongoing mission to create a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.

Vivien Lin, Chief Product Officer at @BingXOfficial, explains that this transition is driven by regulatory clarity, growing institutional participation, and the adoption of blockchain infrastructure by financial institutions.https://t.co/9g5IW9X1VA

Under the leadership of Maribeth Espinosa, Managing Director of FedEx Philippines, the logistics giant has achieved standout results: 53% female management representation, a 17% increase in inclusion, and a 95% employee engagement score.

Through initiatives like its Disability Inclusion Playbook, Sensitivity Training, and the Advance into Management program, FedEx has built a culture where every employee feels empowered to grow and lead.

“These awards reaffirm that our people are our greatest asset,” Espinosa said. “By investing in leadership and inclusion, we’re ensuring our team has the future-ready skills to create what’s next for our business and our customers.”
