Transforming Education: Mapúa’s Tripartite Alliance for Future Gaming Careers

A group of individuals, including men and women, are gathered for a formal event. They are standing and sitting behind a table with a TBC News banner and Capcom signage in the background. The setting appears to be a press conference or announcement.

Mapúa University has officially solidified a groundbreaking and strategic tripartite collaboration with gaming powerhouse Capcom Singapore and industry linkage leader Prime Manpower through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed today, January 26, 2025, at the Mapúa University Intramuros campus.

This milestone underscores the partners’commitment to delivering industry-relevant, globally aligned education and strengthening the Philippines’ role in the rapidly evolving gaming, digital content, and intellectual property (IP) sectors across the ASEAN region.

The ceremonial signing marks a pivotal shift in how the country approaches digital creatives education, business management, and intellectual property.

By bridging the gap between academic theory and the high stakes world of international game publishing and preparing students for international careers by integrating real-world, industry-validated learning experiences into its academic and professional development frameworks, Mapúa is ensuring that Filipino creators are no longer just consumers of global media but are actual architects behind it.
