Teleperformance Champions Women’s Empowerment and Inclusivity at AmCham Philippines Forum

TP in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, joined a high-level panel of women leaders at the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines’ Women’s Month forum, themed “Collaboration for Change: Entrepreneurs and Government for a More Inclusive Future.”
The forum aimed to foster collaboration between women business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to promote inclusive policies and tackle key challenges.
Toni Tompar, TP Women Chair and Executive Vice President, highlighted TP’s progress in workplace inclusivity, with women holding over 57% of leadership roles.
She emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in creating support systems and job opportunities for women, backed by TP Women, an employee resource group promoting mentorship and leadership development.
TP actively supports gender equality initiatives, aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and partners with groups like the Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE).
The company also integrates Emotional Intelligence (EI) training alongside AI-driven strategies to ensure women’s continued participation in the evolving digital landscape.
In 2024, TP received 1st Runner-Up in the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles Awards under the Gender-Inclusive Workplace category for its comprehensive programs.
Through sustained partnerships and initiatives, TP remains committed to fostering inclusive, empowering workplaces across its 27 sites in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
