Electric vehicle ownership in Eastern Metro Manila just got a significant boost. VinFast, in partnership with Xentro Motors OPC, has expanded its Marikina dealership into a fully operational 500-square-meter 1S Plus facility, bringing sales, specialized service, spare parts, and fast charging under one roof.
Located at 8 Mayor Gil Fernando Ave., Sto. Niño, Marikina City, the upgraded facility is designed to support drivers throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicles. Beyond showcasing VinFast’s full battery electric vehicle (BEV) lineup, the site now houses an advanced service center, a dedicated spare parts warehouse, and eight EV fast-charging stations.
The operational expansion addresses a critical gap in the regional EV market by offering localized, reliable after-sales support to motorists in Marikina and neighboring areas.

The facility’s service infrastructure is engineered to handle complex EV care alongside routine vehicle upkeep. Key features of the new center include:
- Specialized Service Bays: Three specialized working bays, including a dedicated vehicle lifter, equipped with advanced diagnostic and repair tools designed specifically for VinFast’s BEV lineup.
- On-Site Spare Parts Warehouse: A comprehensive inventory of genuine supplies, including preventive maintenance service (PMS) components, suspension and mechanical parts, collision body panels, coolants, and brake fluids.
- Full-Service Capabilities: Complete care coverage ranging from routine PMS and general mechanical repairs to detailing, body work, and insurance claim processing.
- Robust Charging Hub: Eight EV Fast Charging Machines in total, featuring two in-shop wall chargers and six external charging stations accessible to local EV owners.

The opening of the Marikina 1S Plus facility comes as VinFast scales its national footprint to 36 dealership locations. Supported by Xentro Motors OPC and its parent entity, XRC Mall Developer Inc., headed by Mr. Alexander M. Cruz, the partnership leverages a strong retail network across North and South Luzon to accelerate the country’s EV infrastructure.
VinFast plans to open additional facilities in key geographic locations in the coming months, including Fairview, Cagayan de Oro, Pasay City, Batangas City, and Kawit, Cavite.
As the automaker approaches its second year in the Philippine market, it continues to build an integrated ecosystem aimed at removing ownership barriers. This ecosystem combines physical retail and service expansion with customer programs, including battery subscription options, a resale value guarantee, and free charging across the V-Green network through March 31, 2029.
