Nemetschek APAC Pte. Ltd. is scaling its presence across the Philippines and Vietnam through ten new strategic partnerships and engagements spanning industry, professional bodies, and educational institutions.
The regional initiative directly targets a persistent inefficiency in the construction sector: the fragmentation of project data across disconnected systems and building stages. By linking live project adoption in the Philippines with university capability-building in Vietnam, the construction AI and software provider aims to establish seamless data flow across the entire building lifecycle.
The expansion addresses how information moves between disciplines, technologies, and project phases to eliminate duplicated work, inconsistent data, and information loss during transitions from design to construction and operations.
Connected Digital Delivery in the Philippines
In the Philippines, Nemetschek Group’s strategy centers on applying connected digital workflows to live commercial projects while strengthening capabilities within the broader architectural community.
A primary collaboration with design firm Aidea Inc. (AIDEA) will focus on a major healthcare development for St. Luke’s Medical Center. AIDEA currently deploys an extensive suite of Nemetschek Group software across its multidisciplinary operations, including:
- Archicad for architectural design
- ALLPLAN for structural detailing
- Solibri for quality checking
- dRofus for project programming
- Bluebeam for communication and documentation
- RISA for engineering workflows
- dTwin for asset information capture in facilities management
“Over the years, we have seen that digital transformation goes far beyond architects using BIM. We want our design process to be highly collaborative, with different disciplines able to work together more seamlessly, while also extending our involvement beyond design into the wider lifecycle of the building,” said Ar. Beyond live projects, Nemetschek Group is extending its reach across the Philippine architectural sector through partnerships with the Philippine Institute of Architects, the United Architects of the Philippines – Makati CBD Chapter, and the University of Mindanao. These efforts focus on accelerating openBIM adoption, professional development, and knowledge exchange.
Educational Capabilities and Talent Ecosystem in Vietnam
In Vietnam, Nemetschek Group is focusing on higher education to prepare the next generation of architects and engineers for model-based, data-driven project delivery. The company is engaging with six major academic institutions:
- Hanoi Architectural University
- Hanoi University of Civil Engineering
- Vietnamese-German University
- Van Lang University
- Lac Hong University
- Ho Chi Minh City College of Architecture and Construction
A key component of this academic push is a three-year partnership with Hanoi Architectural University (HAU). The agreement grants students and faculty access to software solutions including Archicad, ALLPLAN, Solibri, Vectorworks, and Bluebeam, while supporting curriculum development, student internships, industry attachments for lecturers, and joint academic forums.

Regional Strategy Across Southeast Asia
The developments in the Philippines and Vietnam build upon Nemetschek Group’s existing momentum in Southeast Asia, which includes recent AI and BIM training partnerships with Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and Singapore Polytechnic (SP).
