Jovy Ebuen Gill, CEO and Founder of Altilium Green Energy, has been appointed to the board of the Future Energy Storage & System Integration Alliance (FESSIA), becoming the first Filipina to join the regional industry body.
The appointment, effective since July 1, 2026, positions Altilium to play an expanded role in deploying and operationalizing battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Southeast Asia. As a board member, Ebuen Gill will serve as a regional partner and advisor, collaborating with FESSIA to build practical frameworks that address real-world grid flexibility and system integration needs.
FESSIA works directly with key government bodies, including the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), alongside industry associations to advocate for policies and market mechanisms that support commercially viable BESS projects.
