Foodpanda Philippines has officially wrapped up its nationwide CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 in Manila, uniting merchant partners and industry leaders to tackle shifting consumer habits, digital transformation, and sustainable business expansion ahead of World Food Day.

The Manila finale followed successful regional stops in Cebu and Davao, bringing a sharp focus to the core hurdles facing local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)—most notably mounting operating costs and the need for seamless digital integration.

Officials from the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Bureau joined the discussions, emphasizing that digital upskilling and expanded market access are critical levers for small businesses looking to scale in today’s economy.

“Growth looks different for every business, and our goal is to help our merchant partners grow with foodpanda at every stage,” said Prateek Teotia, Director of Commercial at foodpanda Philippines. “Through technology, insights, market access, and stronger partnerships, we want to give businesses more opportunities to reach customers, strengthen operations, and build for the future.”

Honoring Top-Performing Merchants and Partners

A central highlight of the Manila summit was the presentation of the CRAVE 2026 Awards, which celebrated outstanding performance across several core and specialized categories:

  • Pau Pau’s Top of Table: Recognized exceptional sales leadership and market dominance.
  • Pau Pau’s Momentum Master: Honored merchants demonstrating strong H1 2026 year-on-year growth.
  • Pau Pau’s Brand Spotlight: Celebrated creative marketing efforts and active platform collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Awarded vendors maintaining consistent, top-tier service reliability.
  • People’s Palate Award: Highlighted partners earning the highest customer ratings and repeat orders.

The recognition extended across foodpanda’s broader quick-commerce and advertising ecosystem:

  • Shops: Vendors earned the Checkout Champion Award for top sales performance and the People’s Choice Award for outstanding product selection.
  • DMart: Honors included the Ad-vantage Award for high-performing ad campaigns, alongside accolades for sales momentum and standout emerging vendors.
  • Retail Media Partners (RMP): Captured the Ad Synergy Award for deep ecosystem engagement and the Ad Catalyst Award for agency-level innovation.

Ecosystem Tools and Future Strategy

To bolster long-term vendor resilience, foodpanda highlighted its suite of operational and financial support mechanisms. Merchant partners have access to data insights, logistics infrastructure, targeted advertising solutions, and collateral-free financing options through foodpanda Capital.

Looking ahead, the platform aims to strengthen the digital food ecosystem by focusing on demand generation, enhancing end-to-end customer experience, and improving supply chain and logistics execution.
