CG scores 8th ISO recertification
Corporate Guarantee (CG) has proven that they are the crème de la crème of quality management systems by earning their ISO 9001:2015 Certification. It’s like they’re saying, “We don’t just meet global standards, we exceed them!”

CG is not just any insurance company. They take customer service seriously and have made it the core of their operations. It’s like they’re saying, “We don’t just sell insurance, we sell peace of mind!”
As they expand their footprint across Luzon, they continue to make a mark in the non-life insurance space. CG knows that delivering quality customer service is key to their success, and they’re not afraid to show it.

The external auditors conducted a process-based review focusing on significant aspects, risks, and objectives required by the ISO standards. Information was gathered through interviews, observation of activities, and review of documentation and records.
Following the rigorous assessment and audit, it was concluded that CG has the mechanisms to ensure statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance. Likewise, the company’s organizational efficiency in achieving specified objectives and identifying areas for improvement were highlighted.
CG’s system has demonstrated a state of development and maturity, which enabled the company to earn the quality management system recertification.
The scope of certification covered the provision of non-life insurance products and services (issuance of policies and settlement of claims) for motor, fire, casualty, marine, and bonds.
This is CG’s eighth ISO certification. The company earned its first ISO 9001:2000 in 2004, followed by ISO 9001:2008 in 2013. Their ISO 9001:2015 was first conferred in 2017 and was recertified in 2020.
CG is a member of the Laus Group of Companies that offers insurance coverage for motor, fire, casualty, cargo, and bonds. The company is widely recognized through its network and services in Pampanga, Metro Manila, Bulacan, Tarlac, La Union, and Ilocos Norte.

CG is one of six non-life insurance companies in the Philippines to be ISO-certified. The company exhibited a high standard in its quality management system, particularly in monitoring information on customer perception as to whether the organization has met customer needs and expectations.
The audit was conducted by SGS Philippines, Inc., a leading provider of certification, testing, verification, and inspection in the country.
