What makes the ChatGPT-powered Zia different
Zia is an AI-powered assistant created by multinational technology company Zoho to help businesses automate tasks, work smarter, and provide critical business insights in seconds through natural language.
In an exclusive interview with Buzz Capital, Zoho VP and GM Gibu Mathew shared that Zia is a precursor to the company introducing private large language models (LLMs) to its customer base in the following months.
These machine learning models are trained on a specific set of data and are not publicly available. They can be fine-tuned to specific domains or use cases, reducing reliance on general-purpose models that may not be tailored to their respective specific needs.

“As a business user of our tools, you don’t want what is an answer globally. They want the answers to be tailored to their business use case,” he said.
