Italian pharma giant allies with Docquity to establish educational campaign

In a strategic partnership, Docquity, the largest community of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Southeast Asia, recently joined forces with Menarini Malaysia, a prominent member of the Menarini Group, the world’s largest Italian biopharmaceutical company.
This collaboration marked a significant milestone in HCP education and engagement, showcasing the power of leveraging digital platforms for impactful outreach.
Menarini Malaysia, a valued client of Docquity since 2021, utilized the platform to spearhead an educational campaign targeting general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, pain specialists, and primary care doctors.
The focus of the campaign revolved around promoting multimodal approaches to post-surgery pain management and recovery, a critical aspect of patient care often requiring specialized knowledge and strategies.
Through this initiative, Menarini Malaysia successfully connected with over 600 target doctors, effectively doubling its reach compared to previous endeavors.
The campaign’s impact was further magnified by integrating Menarini Malaysia into Docquity’s proprietary A2A Program, which facilitated tailored engagement with the right HCP audience based on their specialties and preferences.
Over a span of six months, the campaign unfolded with a series of scientific content shared on the Docquity platform, aimed at building awareness and trust among the target HCPs.
This educational journey culminated in a roundtable webinar meticulously planned and executed on the Docquity platform, providing a dynamic and interactive forum for knowledge exchange and networking.
Amelia Mok, General Manager at Menarini Malaysia, emphasized the significance of innovative approaches in nurturing relationships with HCPs to enhance patient outcomes.
She praised Docquity for its unparalleled reach, insights, and technology, underscoring its role as a reliable partner in elevating Menarini Malaysia’s recognition and credibility among healthcare professionals in Malaysia.
Indranil Roychowdhury, CEO and Co-Founder of Docquity, highlighted the campaign’s success in reinforcing the importance of fostering HCP trust through scientific education.
He expressed Docquity’s commitment to empowering industry organizations to strengthen HCP relationships, thereby addressing the evolving healthcare landscape with informed decisions and collaborations.
