Mindsprint Appoints Suresh Sundararajan as CEO to Drive AI-Led Growth

Mindsprint has appointed Suresh Sundararajan as its new Chief Executive Officer, aiming to accelerate its AI-driven growth and innovation strategy.

Sundararajan, previously co-founder and chairman, played a key role in transitioning Mindsprint from a captive to an independent service provider.

With a background in technology, sustainability, and digital strategy, he plans to prioritize AI-powered solutions to boost operational efficiency and business performance.

His leadership background includes over two decades at Olam Group, where he served as Chief Digital and Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer, leading major digital transformation initiatives.

Sundararajan also co-founded Nupo Ventures, which supports ventures like Jiva, an agricultural platform for smallholder farmers, and Terrascope, an AI-driven climate tech SaaS for enterprise decarbonization.

Mindsprint’s strategic focus includes expanding AI offerings, strengthening partnerships, building an AI-ready workforce, and driving innovation to position itself as a digital transformation leader.

The company recently expanded into Australia to better serve regional clients with advanced solutions like data analytics, intelligent automation, and supply chain optimization.
