Balenciaga Unveils Summer 25 Campaign Inspired by Classic Hollywood

Balenciaga launched its Summer 25 campaign on March 18, 2025, with a cinematic twist inspired by vintage Hollywood costume tests.

Photographed by Nadia Lee Cohen, the campaign features a monochrome backdrop reminiscent of classic screen tests, exploring the connection between clothing, identity, and performance.

The cast includes actors Kyle MacLachlan, Linda Honeyman, Sunnyi Melles, Mark Eydelshteyn, Rachel Sennott, Zhou You, and Georgia Ford, alongside artist Coumba Samba and models Sun, Raiki, Queen, and Leona.

Each cast member embodies iconic character archetypes like The Socialite, The Villain, The Girl Next Door, and The Main Character, with Honeyman appearing as herself.

The campaign spotlights Balenciaga’s Laurel Classic Polo, the Rodeo Bag in new colors, and the Rodeo Sling Pochette, alongside footwear including the Basketball Sneaker and Scholl-collaborated heeled sandals and clogs.
