Aptos Foundation Launches Hiraya Network to Boost Blockchain Innovation in the Philippines

Aptos Foundation has launched the Hiraya Network in the Philippines to support local blockchain talent and projects.
The initiative aims to drive innovation by providing grants, hosting events, and fostering collaboration within the Aptos ecosystem.
Hiraya Network is backed by the Department of Science and Technology – Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI) and The BLOKC, a key blockchain education organization in the country.
The program will focus on three main areas: community engagement through workshops, developer support via university partnerships and hackathons, and collaborations with startups and academic institutions.
Filipino blockchain developers and entrepreneurs will gain access to Aptos Foundation’s global resources, including grants, accelerators, and specialized programs like Aptos LFM, designed to assist projects in Token Generation Event (TGE) preparations.
The launch solidifies Aptos’ entry into the Philippines’ blockchain scene, positioning the country as a hub for Web3 innovation.
