Canva Drops New Tools to Help Pinoy Sellers Dominate 9.9 Mega Sale

Just in time for the highly anticipated 9.9 shopping rush, Canva Philippines has rolled out a powerful set of tools and partnerships designed to supercharge small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the country.
The design platform launched storefront-ready templates tailored for online sale events, helping entrepreneurs showcase their bestsellers, announce flash deals, and grab attention in the crowded digital marketplace. With consumers scrolling faster than ever, Canva aims to give local sellers big-brand polish in just a few clicks.
“Filipino entrepreneurs are creative and resilient, but many still face challenges in building a strong online identity,” said Maisie Littaua, Canva Philippines Country Lead. “Our goal is to empower every entrepreneur to show up with the same confidence as big brands.”
The rollout comes with strategic partnerships, including a dedicated Shopee Creator Page filled with custom storefront templates. Starting October, Canva will also join Shopee University to train sellers in design and marketing, while offering 4,000 free Canva Pro trial codes plus discounted upgrades.
Beyond e-commerce, Canva signed a deal with the Department of Trade and Industry to back the creative economy through nationwide workshops and events, further cementing its role as a growth ally for Filipino businesses.
