From Esports Glory to Property Empire: TNC’s Bold New Move

The TNC Group, widely known for its dominance in esports and technology, is branching out into real estate with the launch of TNC Properties, its newest business arm.

The launch was held on November 8, 2025, at the TNC Office in Quezon City, where TNC Group and TNC Properties President Eric Redulfin said the move was driven by a vision to restore integrity in an industry often plagued by mistrust. He said the company aims to create a reliable platform for people who want fair and transparent property transactions.

Redulfin, who built TNC from an internet café brand into an esports powerhouse, said the same principles that fueled the company’s success will guide its real estate operations.

Joining him is Dindo Sarmiento, Vice President of TNC Properties, who brings almost 15 years of experience in real estate. A licensed broker and University of the East graduate, Sarmiento said TNC Properties seeks to connect investors, entrepreneurs, and families to opportunities that foster progress and community growth.
