Pixel 10a launches at around ₱33,500 with greener build and same Tensor G4

Thinking of upgrading? The Google Pixel 10a is officially priced at around ₱33,500 for the 8GB/128GB model, roughly matching last year’s Pixel 9a pricing. And while it pushes sustainability forward, performance stays exactly the same.
The Pixel 10a is the first in the a-series to use recycled cobalt, copper, gold and tungsten, at least 36% by weight. Its aluminum frame is 100% recycled, the back is 81% recycled plastic, and the packaging is fully plastic-free. It keeps the IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, it runs on the same Tensor G4 chipset built on Samsung’s 4nm process, paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage. That means performance is identical to the Pixel 9a.
It launches with Android 16 and comes with 7 years of software updates, including Pixel Drops. Google is leaning on AI features like Gemini, Gemini Live, Camera Coach, Auto Best Take and Add Me to compete with other mid-range phones.
The 6.3-inch Actua display now peaks at 3,000 nits, up from 2,700 nits, and switches to Gorilla Glass 7i for improved scratch resistance and 1-meter drop protection.
Battery capacity remains 5,100mAh, rated for up to 30 hours of regular use. Charging improves to 30W wired, up from 23W, and 10W wireless, up from 7.5W.
Color options include Fog, Obsidian, Berry and Lavender.
If you were hoping for a major speed boost, this is not it. But if you want longer software support, stronger glass and a greener build at around ₱33,500, the Pixel 10a sticks to a safe formula.
