MSI’s all-new Prestige laptops are lighter, faster and smarter but they’re not cheap

If your laptop dies before your workday does, MSI wants you to see its new Prestige series as the fix. The pitch is simple: thinner, lighter business laptops with long battery life, AI-ready chips, and premium displays for people constantly working on the move.

Unveiled at CES 2026 and now available in the Philippines, MSI says the all-new Prestige series is built for professionals who want portability without giving up performance. The new models slim down to as little as 11.9mm, use a full aluminum chassis, and weigh as little as 1.37 kg, which matters if your laptop lives in your backpack more than on your desk.

The bigger everyday flex is battery. Select Prestige models offer up to 30+ hours of 1080p video playback, paired with advanced cooling like vapor chamber cooling, dual-fan architecture, and MSI’s Intra Flow design, while keeping noise under 30 dBA.

Inside, select models run on up to the Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 processor 386H with Intel® Arc™ Graphics, aiming to handle AI-enhanced tasks, multitasking, and heavier creative workloads. For hybrid workers and creators, select models also come with OLED displays, up to 120Hz refresh rate, variable refresh rate (VRR), and DisplayHDR™ True Black 1000 certification.

The lineup also includes 2-in-1 flip models for people who want touch and pen input, with support for the MSI Nano Pen in select markets.

Two featured models are leading the push: the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ D3MTG-025PH with a 14″ FHD+ OLED touchscreen, and the Prestige 16 Flip AI+ C3MTG-031PH with a 16″ 2.8K OLED touchscreen and 48-120Hz VRR. Both support up to 64GB LPDDR5x memory, include Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro, and pack security features like dTPM 2.0, Fingerprint Reader, IR Webcam, and Webcam Shutter.

The catch: prices start at ₱89,995. MSI is bundling that with a NordVPN 1 Year Plan worth $69.99 and a 1 Year Extra Warranty worth $120.
