V-GREEN Partners with Bataan for Clean Transportation Expansion

MANILA — A global charging infrastructure developer has agreed to build widespread electric vehicle stations in Bataan and Cavite to accelerate clean transportation in the Philippines.

V-GREEN finalized separate deals with the Bataan provincial government and independent fuel company Clean Fuel to expand charging and battery swapping locations.

The company plans to install 600 charging stations and 1,200 battery swapping facilities across one city and 11 municipalities in Bataan.

Under the municipal agreement, V-GREEN will handle the supply, installation, and upkeep of the grid while Bataan officials manage permits and pinpoint strategic spots.

Bataan Gov. Jose Enrique S. Garcia III said the partnership establishes a foundation for local environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

In Cavite, V-GREEN is teaming up with Clean Fuel to assess the addition of charging hubs at busy retail stations in Dasmariñas.

Clean Fuel executives intend to utilize their network of over 100 Luzon stations to integrate electric vehicle infrastructure into familiar commuter stops.

V-GREEN Global CEO Nguyen Anh Quynh said the dual public and private sector partnerships aim to make everyday electric mobility highly practical for local motorists.

The upcoming infrastructure ensures immediate battery swapping access for VinFast’s impending electric scooter release while boosting convenience for current electric car owners.

VinFast founder Pham Nhat Vuong originally established V-GREEN to fund and construct global networks that back the automotive brand’s international growth.

Company leaders have labeled the Philippines as a primary market as they attempt to make electric vehicle charging more accessible nationwide.
