Highlands Prime, Inc., a unit of SM Prime Holdings, is launching the P685-million Trealva development in the Midlands West district of Tagaytay Highlands with turnover expected by Q2 2026.

Trealva is already 72% complete and spans 19.9 hectares, designed with 40% open space for eco-bragging rights that include rain gardens, permeable pavements, and “natural lighting.”

Prices range from P9.8 million to P40.7 million per lot, complete with limited-time discounts and loyalty perks to keep the ultra-rich coming back for more.

Located 1.5 hours from Metro Manila, the enclave promises escape from urban chaos—ironically, via expressways responsible for most of it.

Amenities include a clubhouse, pools, bike trails, a view deck, and wellness-themed parks, just in case nature needs corporate branding too.

The district is part of a 382-hectare plan to redefine “sustainable” as a luxury commodity, supported by underground utilities and round-the-clock security for uninterrupted serenity.
