Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has partnered with Next Asialand Inc. to wire up over 5,000 homes across Southern Luzon with fiber connectivity because apparently, Wi-Fi is the new water.

The deal was made official at a contract signing held at the Westin Manila, where executives celebrated this brave new world of internet-first real estate.

Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas developments are getting Converge’s fiber infrastructure baked in, promising residents smart living, digital ease, and hopefully, fewer buffering icons.

With 10,000 more units in Next Asialand’s pipeline, this is only the beginning of what they call “sustainable digital communities” — and what everyone else calls a signal-strong suburb.

The companies claim this partnership is not just about better internet, but about redefining modern Filipino living with the thrilling prospect of smart doorbells and app-controlled lightbulbs.

Because in the end, nothing says progress quite like putting high-speed internet in homes you still can’t afford.
