A new white-label artificial intelligence platform is aiming to transform family law in California by streamlining divorce mediation, reducing resolution times to minutes, and slashing legal costs for qualifying couples.

The system allows attorneys to offer unbundled, flat-fee mediation services ranging from $1,000 to $2,000—a sharp contrast to traditional California retainer fees that typically cost each party between $4,000 and $10,000 plus hourly billing rates of $400 to $500.
Streamlined Client Workflow and Data Processing
The mediation process begins when an attorney onboarded to the platform signs a Neutral Mediation Retainer Agreement with both parties. Each client receives individual login credentials to access a secure, encrypted portal hosted on U.S.-based servers.
Clients complete interactive online interviews detailing property, debt, and children—a process that typically takes one to two hours per person across multiple sessions. Once completed, the software generates a detailed data matrix and conflict overview.
Within one to four minutes, the AI platform analyzes the data and generates a neutral proposal for settlement across all identified conflicts. The lawyer then reviews and adjusts the proposal before distributing it to both parties for review, negotiation, and optional consultation.
