What Billease Deals brings to online shopping: free seller listings and pre-approved installment credit

·

Billease has publicly launched Billease Deals, a new web-based storefront platform operating at deals.billease.ph that allows brands, distributors, and retailers in the Philippines to list and sell products with zero platform fees, zero commissions, zero listing charges, and zero payment-processing markups.

Previously available only within the mobile app, the platform is now accessible through any mobile browser alongside the Billease app, drawing from a single unified catalog.

Under the Deals model, participating brands and distributors act as the sellers of record, setting product prices, hosting inventory, listing items, and managing fulfillment and last-mile logistics.

Billease hosts the digital storefront, drives user traffic, and provides automated installment financing options during checkout. The company charges no fees on product sales and earns revenue solely when consumers opt to finance purchases through paid installment plans.

The initiative targets the financial pressure on digital merchants, with Billease estimating that Philippine online brands typically spend close to 20 percent of each sale on marketplace commissions, payment fees, and advertising required for visibility.

Key technical and operational features of the Billease Deals platform include:

  • Zero Seller Fees: Eliminates platform charges, commissions, listing fees, and payment-processing markups on all transactions.
  • Credit-First Discovery: Displays a shopper’s available pre-approved credit limit directly while they browse product listings, presenting installment capabilities prior to checkout.
  • Merchant Control: Keeps inventory management, promotional pricing, logistics, and delivery entirely under the brand’s direct oversight.
  • 0% Installment Promos: Permits brands to target Billease’s user base of pre-approved consumers with tailored 0% interest promotions, while Billease absorbs the underlying financing infrastructure.
  • API Integration: Allows existing merchant partners to list inventory via Billease’s current API or through manual batch uploads without additional development work.

Kurt Molina, Head of POS Product at Billease, said: “In the Philippines, the number a shopper actually decides on is the monthly payment. That is how households budget, whether it is a phone or a refrigerator. Most online stores show the full price first and the installment last, buried at checkout, after the shopper has already decided themselves out of it. Deals flips that order. The shopper lands on the product page already knowing their credit limit, so when a brand runs a 0% promo, the person seeing it knows on the spot that they can afford it. We call it credit-first commerce, and we want brands, distributors and ecommerce enablers to make Deals their home for it.”

Molina added: “We take nothing from the sale. Our interest is the same as the brand’s: put the product in front of someone who can afford it today. Every peso a brand saves in fees can go into a discount price or a 0% promo, and that is what actually moves items.”

For consumers, Billease Deals features product inventory spanning electronics, laptops, home appliances, personal care, and health services from accredited merchants. Selected inventory features 0% down payment and 0% interest promotions sponsored by participating brands. On interest-bearing transactions, charges are calculated on a declining principal balance, allowing buyers who pay off balances early to reduce total interest costs.

Additionally, select electronic devices include a complimentary one-year protection plan covering liquid and accidental damage through insurtech partner Protech Devices. The platform also holds the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Trustmark certification for privacy, safety, and operational transparency.

Merchant registration is currently open for brands, distributors, and retailers through Billease’s portal, with public storefront access active across mobile browsers and the official application.
