TP’s New McKinley Hub Fuels AI Hiring Buzz

TP (formerly Teleperformance) has officially opened its newest operational headquarters, the TP McKinley West Campus, marking a major milestone in its nearly 30-year presence in the Philippines.

The new five-story facility represents the company’s 27th site nationwide and underscores its long-term commitment to sustainability, innovation, and local talent development.

The state-of-the-art campus features over 3,700 seats and is equipped with AI-driven systems, smart technologies, and advanced digital collaboration tools designed to enhance productivity and employee well-being.

It includes flexible workspaces, wellness areas, a recruitment hub, gym, and training rooms, creating an environment that merges technology with human connection.

TP Philippines Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly described the launch as “a symbol of how Filipino excellence and empathy drive innovation,” adding that the new headquarters reflects TP’s transformation into an AI-enabled, human-centered organization.

The launch was attended by top industry and government leaders, including DICT Secretary Henry Aguda, who reaffirmed the government’s commitment to expanding the nation’s digital backbone.

The LEED-certified campus will be renewable energy-ready by December 2025, further solidifying TP’s sustainability leadership in the country’s IT-BPM sector.
