Amazon Web Services (AWS) has opened applications for its 2025 Generative AI Accelerator, dangling up to $1 million in credits to lure early-stage startups developing foundational AI tech.
The eight-week global program begins October 13 at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle, with applications accepted until July 10 and winners revealed September 24.
Only 40 startups will make the cut, receiving technical mentorship, go-to-market support, and access to AWS’s enterprise-grade AI infrastructure.
Startups building large language models, fine-tuning tools, infrastructure platforms, or agentic workflows are top targets.
To qualify, companies need a working product, some customer traction, and a strong technical team—but no prior AWS use is required.
The hybrid program ends at AWS re:Invent 2025 and includes global participants from North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
