The move positions Converge at the heart of the Philippines’ central business hub, enhancing access to multinational clients and a skilled workforce.
The company aims to leverage this location to accelerate innovation, digital enablement, and enterprise service delivery.
Co-Founder and President Maria Grace Uy emphasized that proximity to BGC’s talent pool and business ecosystem is intended to cultivate a global mindset among employees while fostering collaboration with partners.
