Filipinos can now secure long-term financial protection and guaranteed cash returns through a two-year payment commitment, following EastWest Ageas’s launch of Dream Builder 2-Pay.
The new offering expands the insurer’s flagship Dream Builder suite, delivering guaranteed 5% annual cash payouts alongside comprehensive life coverage designed for consumers navigating economic uncertainty.
The rollout addresses shifting financial habits across the country. According to NielsenIQ’s insights report “How Filipino Consumers are spending, saving, and banking in 2026,” local consumers are seeking ways to cover immediate living expenses without sacrificing their long-term financial objectives.
Under the Dream Builder 2-Pay structure, policyholders pay premiums for just two years. Following a waiting period, the plan delivers structured returns and protection benefits:
- Guaranteed Annual Payouts: Policyholders receive a guaranteed 5% cash payout every year starting at the end of the sixth policy year.
- Maturity Benefit: A lump-sum maturity payout is delivered at the end of the 20th policy year.
- Life Insurance Protection: The policy includes a death benefit equal to 200% of the Sum Insured.
- Extended Coverage: An additional 10% benefit applies from the 11th through the 20th policy year.
The two-year payment plan joins existing 5-Pay and 10-Pay options, allowing policyholders to select a schedule aligned with their budget and financial goals.
