MANILA, Philippines — Home appliance leader TCL and premier retailer Ansons have marked a major milestone in their two-decade alliance, coinciding with Ansons’ 60th anniversary celebration. At a recent collaborative event titled “TCL x Ansons 60: Beyond Legacy,” the companies reaffirmed their retail partnership and gave consumers a first look at the new SQD-MiniLED TV—noted as the world’s first television to earn the top TÜV Perceptual Color Volume rating.

The newly unveiled SQD-MiniLED TV served as the centerpiece of the event’s interactive “Experience Zone,” where attendees could observe its contrast and color precision firsthand. The product launch highlights a 20-year relationship between TCL, currently the Philippines’ No. 1 Panel TV brand, and Ansons, which is celebrating six decades in the progressive retail sector.

The leadership teams of both companies emphasized mutual growth, consumer trust, and future innovation during the milestone gathering:

“It is a privilege to partner with Ansons once more. We haven’t just witnessed each other’s milestones; we have been consistently present for every breakthrough, proving that our brands are truly moving forward as one in bringing smarter, more meaningful living experiences to households across the country,” TCL CEO Mr. Peter Chen exclaims.

“Anson’s was built on the values of humility, integrity, and deep sincerity toward people. And the greatest proof of those values is the relationships sitting in this room today. As we look ahead to the next 60 years and beyond, our commitment to you remains unwavering. We will continue to grow with our community, serve with absolute integrity, and champion your brands with the same,” Mr. Eugene Lim, Director for Business Operations of Anson’s Appliances says.

“The partnership between TCL and Ansons thrives because it is built on a shared foundation. For six decades, Ansons has guaranteed integrity and ‘smooth sailing’ for its customers, while TCL has delivered cutting-edge technology that elevates that very experience. Together, we do more than sell televisions, air conditioners, or washing machines, we deliver comfort, joy, and unforgettable family moments to homes across the Philippines,” says Shae Xiaoling Yu, Deputy Marketing Director, TCL Philippines.

“As we look ahead, this milestone sets a new benchmark for what our brands can achieve together. We look forward to a future filled with even more innovation, stronger collaboration, and shared victories with Ansons,” Ms Shae enthuses.
