MANILA — Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has officially launched its electric motorcycle ecosystem in the Philippines, simultaneously opening 21 pioneer showrooms across major nationwide cities and debuting three e-motorcycle models: the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper.

The simultaneous launch arrives just over a month after VinFast concluded an early booking campaign that drew thousands of local orders.

To support the vehicle rollout, VinFast announced plans with infrastructure partners to deploy 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets nationwide, establishing a full-service green mobility framework in one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets.

Designed as all-in-one mobility hubs, the 21 initial dealerships combine vehicle display rooms, technical support, and energy infrastructure.

Customers can test ride vehicles, receive personalized consultations, examine home-charging equipment, and execute one-minute battery swaps on-site.

READ: VinFast Just Made One Of Its Biggest Moves Yet In The Philippines, Opening 21 Electric Motorcycle Showrooms At Once! VinFast has officially entered the Philippine electric motorcycle market with a major rollout, opening 21 showrooms nationwide while unveiling its first three models: the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper. But the motorcycles are only part of the plan. The company also announced plans to deploy 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets across the country, aiming to make electric motorcycle ownership as convenient as possible by allowing riders to swap depleted batteries in about a minute instead of waiting to recharge. The launch follows VinFast’s early booking campaign, which attracted thousands of reservations in just over a month, signaling growing interest in electric two-wheelers among Filipino consumers. The Evo offers a range of up to 150 kilometers with two batteries, while the Feliz II and Viper reach top speeds of up to 90 km/h. All three models support VinFast’s battery-swapping system and can be purchased with batteries included or through a battery subscription plan. Early buyers will also receive one year of free battery swaps, with up to 20 swaps per month at participating public stations, alongside a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 kilometers. With 21 showrooms already open and thousands of battery-swapping stations planned, VinFast is making one of the biggest electric motorcycle investments in the Philippines to date. Throughout August 2026, the newly opened dealerships will host public experience activities, offering test rides, technical deep-dives into battery technology, and exclusive promotional offers for early adopters.

Ms. Vo Thi Cam Tu, CEO of VinFast E-Scooters & E-Bikes, International Markets, emphasized the company’s regional focus during the unveiling.

“Opening 21 VinFast showrooms alongside the launch of our three electric motorcycle models reflects VinFast’s long-term investment commitment to the Philippines,” said Ms. Vo Thi Cam Tu. “Beyond offering products that meet diverse mobility needs, we are building a comprehensive ecosystem that makes it easier for customers to access our vehicles, energy solutions, and support services throughout their ownership journey. As our electric mobility ecosystem continues to expand, we believe electric motorcycles can become an increasingly practical and convenient choice in the everyday lives of Filipinos.”

Model Specifications & Ownership Options

The newly introduced models target distinct commuter segments across the country:

  • Evo: Engineered for daily urban travel with an elegant design, achieving a top speed of 80 km/h and a maximum range of 150 km powered by two fully charged batteries.
  • Feliz II: Focused on practical, versatile performance, featuring a maximum speed of 90 km/h.
  • Viper: Styled with a sporty aesthetic and tailored for tech-focused younger riders, featuring a maximum power output of 5,200W and a top speed of 90 km/h.

All three vehicles feature dual under-seat battery compartments compatible with VinFast’s rapid battery-swapping network. To reduce upfront purchasing barriers, VinFast gives buyers the option to purchase vehicles with batteries included or enroll in a flexible battery subscription plan.

To incentivize adoption, VinFast is offering buyers free battery swaps at public swapping stations operated by strategic partner V-Green for one year, capped at 20 swaps per month per vehicle. Each vehicle includes a extended 4+2-year or 60,000+12,000-km warranty policy.

This expansion follows VinFast’s recent entry into Indonesia, where the company established 20 electric motorcycle dealerships in July 2026 as part of its strategy to build an integrated electric transportation ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
