Fintech platform Billease is marking nine years in the Philippines by giving away ₱1.5 million in cash, featuring a single grand prize of ₱1 million.
The nationwide promotion runs through October 31, 2026, and will select 41 winners in a supervised grand draw scheduled for November 9, 2026.
Under the tier structure, one grand prize winner will secure ₱1 million in cash. Ten second-prize winners will each receive ₱20,000, while 30 third-prize winners will take home ₱10,000 each.
Billease confirmed it will cover the 20% withholding tax required for all prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
Prize Breakdown
- Grand Prize (1 Winner): ₱1,000,000 cash (Total: ₱1,000,000)
- 2nd Prize (10 Winners): ₱20,000 cash each (Total: ₱200,000)
- 3rd Prize (30 Winners): ₱10,000 cash each (Total: ₱300,000)
To participate, users must be approved Billease account holders at least 18 years old with accounts in good standing and no delinquencies. Account holders must manually opt in by opening the Billease app, selecting the official birthday promo pop-up, clicking “Join Promo,” and confirming their basic contact details.
Participants earn one raffle entry for every ₱1,000 spent on eligible transactions, capped at a maximum of 20 entries per qualified participant.
Eligible Transactions
- Cash loans and wallet loans
- Bills payment and mobile load purchases
- Point-of-sale (POS) financing via online checkout or in-store transactions
- QRPh payments and in-app deals
- Credit line transactions
The promotion covers transactions made between September 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM and October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The grand raffle draw takes place on November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM under the supervision of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Winners will be announced the same day on the official Billease Facebook page.
Rules and Eligibility Terms
Participants can win only once; if drawn multiple times, the participant receives the higher-value prize.
Eligibility for raffle entries may be revoked if an account incurs past-due balances, canceled orders, or merchant refunds during the promo period.
Winners will receive notifications via email and registered mail, with 60 calendar days from receipt to claim their cash prizes before forfeiture. Billease employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from entering.
The promotion operates under DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-265740, Series of 2026.
