Quezon City’s premier luxury integrated resort is bringing its signature baked goods directly to retail guests.

Solaire Resort Quezon City has expanded the availability of its freshly baked artisanal breads and pastries, crafted daily by Chief Baker Chef Edwin Himson, across multiple dining venues within the property.

Guests and visitors can now purchase Chef Himson’s signature sweet and savory creations at both the Lobby Lounge and The Bakery at the Food Court. The retail offerings feature a wide selection designed for both quick dine-in breaks and takeout, including:

  • Signature Croissants: Available in a selection of sweet and savory variations.
  • Artisanal & Specialty Loaves: Featuring sourdough variations, gluten-free options, and classic banana breads.
  • Elevated Classics: Elevated takes on traditional baked goods alongside familiar hotel favorites.

Chef Himson brings decades of international and local luxury hotel pâtissier experience to the resort’s culinary operations. His work already anchors several signature dining experiences across the property, including the classic pandesal trio platter at Manyaman and the complimentary focaccia and ciabatta bread baskets served at Finestra.

“Regular guests may be familiar with Chef Edwin and his team’s creations through the classic pandesal trio platter at Manyaman, or the complimentary bread basket at Finestra featuring fluffy bites of focaccia and ciabatta before each meal. With decades of expertise he’s built as a pâtissier in both international and local luxury hotels, Chef Edwin infuses his baked goods with care and love that breathe life into each diner’s palate,” the resort stated.

To support the launch, Solaire Resort Quezon City is offering dining incentives through its loyalty initiative. Solaire Rewards members receive up to 20% off dining across the property, while new members are eligible for a 30% discount on their first bill.

As the first five-star integrated resort in Quezon City, the property spans 526 guest rooms and suites, 14 restaurants and bars, four gaming levels, and 1,700 square meters of venue space. The expanded bakery program joins a comprehensive lifestyle amenity package that includes a wellness center, a 50-meter L-shaped swimming pool, a water park, an outdoor sports deck, and a multi-level Kids Club.
